M03-L03 exercise — Branch and review an agent change

Start: M03-L02 and a disposable CP01 practice checkout.

Create the feature branch from clean CP01 practice state. Request the bounded README change. Save response/action provenance and inspect the real diff. If no unrelated edit occurs, use the explicitly labeled seeded candidate to practice rejecting the 25.00-to-30.00 host sample change.

Submit a review note, corrected diff, applicable replay result, and private pull-request reference or a clearly pending remote step. The final candidate must preserve the original host sample and include only the intended documentation change. Do not claim a seeded change was made by an agent unless it actually was.
