M06-L02 exercise — Reviewable interface plan
Starting checkpoint: CP04. Suggested time: 30–45 minutes.
Create a connector-level drawing and a one-page plan. Label both exact objects, the four signal connections, source locations, and unverified physical status. Use a readable manufacturer source to check each endpoint. Do not add guessed GPIO mappings, wire colors, or a physical-revision claim.
Write the acquisition contract in five sentences: initialization result, timestamp meaning, valid reading, missing/invalid reading, and freshness of a cached result. List at least three unresolved optional-driver or physical questions and the evidence needed to resolve each.
Review this proposal: “The one-second scheduler guarantees that the sensor call finishes within one second, and a previous reading can receive a new timestamp whenever a retry fails.” Explain why both claims are wrong. Correct the plan without implementing a driver.
Submit the drawing, contract, source checks, and unresolved list. A documented connection plan is the required result. Physical assembly, powered rewiring, uploads, and measurements are outside this exercise.
